At 2ID Incorporated, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for spare parts, downloadable software products, physical discs, or special order items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as for unopened hardware which will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Repacking and restocking fee of 50% will apply to any hardware that has been opened. We do not offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and payment will be made to your bank account within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, you will have the option to receive a credit note to be used towards your next order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your bank as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@get2id.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sales@get2id.com for instructions on how and where to ship the item back to 2ID Incorporated.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please make sure to use a reputable courier company if you choose to use one, as 2ID Incorporated will not be held liable for any items lost while in the possession of a courier company.
